Figure Securities and Figure Payments Corporation have established and implemented risk-based Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing and Sanctions Programs ("collectively the "AML/CTF" and Sanctions Program") which adhere to relevant laws and regulations including applicable provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act, as amended by the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001 ("USA Patriot Act").

Figure Securities and Figure Payments Corporation also have policies and procedures in place that comply with the applicable sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"). Both firms take reasonable steps to ensure that they do not accept or maintain relationships with any sanctioned person, entity, government, or jurisdiction named on lists published by OFAC, or otherwise prohibited by the OFAC sanctions Program.

Federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When opening a client account, Figure Securities & Figure Payments Corporation will ask for the name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow Figure Securities & Figure Payments Corporation to identify each account holder. Figure Securities & Figure Payments Corporation may also ask to see driver's licenses or other Government issued identification documents. Figure Securities & Figure Payments Corporation may share information obtained from you with third parties to verify my identity, in compliance with this federal law.
